Technology Management programs?

I see some programs like UCSB Technology Management, NYU Technology Management, and MIT TIES that offer PhDs in what seems to be the social science of technology.

Are any of these good? How do they compare to going to a sociology PhD program and doing technology-focused research, especially for job prospects?

I didn't even think that it was possible to make a QR code in the first place. When it came to the idea of How to create a QR code, I didn't even think a question like this existed. But I guess it does though.

I really like the idea of a QR code generator, they're just so amazing, aren't they? And the fact that there is also a free QR code generator in existence makes the entire thing all the more great. The fact that it's free means you just can't get enough value from it.
