you need to see a brain surgeon. In each of the last 30 years, whites have been between 65-70% of sociology phd recipients. asians (and pacific islanders) have been on average about 15%. Do the math. I guess you can't, you people are painfully bad at math. no wonder you people need such enormous AA efforts from universities to get jobs.
A Whi/te man has to be twice as good as his diverse competition to succeed in academia nowadays. My suggestion to Whi/te male gradflakes is that you claim American Indian ancestry. There is no accountability whatsoever other than public shaming, but the odds of anyone running your genealogy are next to zero if you're smart and never say another word about it after getting hired.

^ whyt man, you can live abroad too. and you will be so attractive in the dating market for being a whyt man. and, foundation (private) universities will try to pay equal to the US or UK (wherever you come from)... otherwise why would all those whayt profs stay in asia, eastern europe or even some countries in the middle east? sociology has gone b0nkers in the USA. If you are Latinx, co-authored with your whayt guilt profs and publist one article, you can be even get a higher placement in America sociology/gender studies/
