I would add health and place 4th under health heading
Speaking of this, we should add a little tag at the bottom of the list when we update it, like the jobs placement thread.
So for example, something like this:-adding section for Urban Sociology
-[journal name] --> #1 Econ soc/orgs
-[journal name] --> #2 Econ soc/orgs -

I'd personally rank SM above SMR (no question), but this is somewhat specific to the kind of work you do. For networks, it again depends on the kind of work. Most of the solid methods/stats journals are pretty much on the same tier (in practice) for network method papers. JMS is more niche, but otherwise about the same for network theory papers. Connections is definitely below the other journals, and I would put Network Science a bit below the more established players, but to be honest this isn't something that people in that field spend time obsessing about. (Not anyone who is any good, anyway.) I wouldn't, for instance, distinguish among the various solid network journals when making a hiring decision - I'd look at the papers, and see what the content was. I don't really care if you published it at SN or SM or JMS or whatnot.

Glad we’re not on the same committees.

In Crim it is Criminology, JQC, JQ, JRCD at the top. One can quibble about the order of those four. There is then a substantial gap before the next tier. Theoretical Criminology and Deviant Behavior are nowhere near the top.
^ I (and every other criminologist I've ever met) choose to 'quiblle' beyond the scope of this parochialism.
