So I decided to do a search for the email. I found that the account has been sending de ath threats to scholars (screenshot provided). In their email, they make reference to the same tropes about Marxism and neolibera lism that appear here.
It gets worse. There is a Twitter account with the same name (@met ooso ciology). It’s all of their SJMR obse ssio ns in Twitter posts. PN C, Vi ctor R ay, Amy Wilki ns, Sh irley Bug gs, Nicol e Be dera, etc. all being attacked in the same way that they are here.
This is someone with violent tendencies. People should stop engaging. Finally, if any of the people attacked are reading, you probably have a good case. The user has probably signed into Twitter from their phone, and the connection to the user sending death threats is clear.
In short:
User posting strange theories about PNC reveals themselves to be me to osociology at gee male dot com. That person is on record sending sociologists dea th threats. A Twitter account with the same name is posting about SJMR and attacking scholars there in the same way.
I almost guarantee that our main resident troll has sent death threats to others. Ask around. Send the info to Twitter. See which phone logs into the account.
What about the rape and murder threats you post to HD here, Phil? Those don't count?

Jessie Daniels is not a credible source regarding "threats" and has a history of harassing students.
Phil is one of the worst harassers in the discipline and is responsible for death threats against HD on SJMR (which he has never denied), meaning it's very ironic to be concerned about his "safety." You seen the posts about choking and stabbing HD on SJMR? They happened multiple times per day for months. Or does HD not matter to you because you don't consider her to be a scholar, despite that she's had a more successful sociology book than any of you?
Also, your proxy hopping is absurd in this thread. Pretending there are four different unique users all commenting in agreement with one another in the space of several minutes is not in keeping with present activity on this site especially while it's being flooded with spam.

That Jessie would make this app makes no sense. Sure, I could imagine a sociologist pretending to receive death threats. That would make them look important. That would evoke sympathy and attention.
Why would she invent your email address? The one that you emailed me from yesterday? There is no other reference to it online, so it doesn’t resonate with anything ideological. It doesn’t reveal her to be attacked by someone who matters.
If you didn’t do it, you’ve got nothing to know about. We know, however, that many of the sociologists slandered here occasionally check SJMR. They make reference to it in their tweets. How many of them were also contacted, MTS? Did MTS connect with their phone?
HD said she is working on the harassment of her. If that’s PNC, fine. If PNC is harassing women, I hope he gets busted. Nothing I’m saying stands or falls on PNC being innocent.

C o m) contacted me talking about PNC. That same email address threatened Jillian. M e t o o sociology is also a Twitter account accusing PNC of the same thing, of ruining SJMR, and echoing the other attacks that flood SJMR all hours of the week. Amazing.
