JFreese shreds Catherine Bliss Book

Why do I have a feeling this entire conversation will be used in a Ben Shapiro presentation about sociology?
Meh, it's no worse than any other academic conversation, formal or otherwise: starts out promising, starts to look a little waffley, but it recovers so you get a few interesting substantive points, and then it just devolves into everyone calling each other s**theads.
All in a day's work, you know? -
Is Bliss ever going to respond, or just pretend these issues don't exist?
Also, Jeremy should be on an Author Meets Critics ASA panel for this book.According to Freese Bliss contacted all of her interview participants within a day or two of his him starting his tweetstorm.
As for if she's going to respond on Twitter, I think she's clearly not dumb enough to do that.
Freese already spent five days of his life proving that he's got the free time and energy to win any war of attrition, and that's without even having an interactional adversary.

So is Bliss just going to pretend that none of this happened?
Not getting in a flamewar w/ Freese on Twitter in order to satisfy SJMR bloodlust != just pretending none of this happened.
According to Freese she contacted all of her participants re: this. (As I recall he said he didn't receive the letter but people he know did, and he seemed to find it to be pretty obvious and reasonable that she didn't send it to him).
