Can anyone recommend any besides Sean Hannity for all the Limbaugh fans?
Good conservative alternatives to Rush Limbaugh?

How did you learn about SJMR?
This is way too off for any lefty sociologist or conservative contrarian. This site has been a conservative blog for quite a while now. I read some of the whyte movement and police stuff. My sense it's consolidating as a solid conservative outlet largely bc its unmoderated and easy to comment. Problem w reddit is moderation. More people coming this way.

There are hardly any conservative sociologists. There are a few u dergrad magabois who’ve drifted over here from psr and ejmr.

This site has conservative ramblings, but very little conservative thought.
And, the conservative thought on here isn't good, even by the standards of conservative thought.

That’s my biggest complaint about the trolling. I used to come on here to talk about the problems with sociology groupthink. Most of my criticisms were from the left of the discipline, but I thought conservatives deserve a fair shake too.
The trolling is along the same lines but out of control and very low quality. I’ve posted, for example, about the problems with sociology’s status quo on immigration. One of my critiques could be interpreted as leftist. If I post the same thing today the thread would be derailed by unhinged rants about neoliberalism (a topic that SJMR has been talking about for at least three years).
Another critique I made to be seen as conservative. A very good, slightly tense, conversation followed. If that happened today, it’d be flooded with lame sarcasm about anti-whiteness, failed attempts at edgy racist jokes, and butchered crime stats.
So I don’t bother anymore.

There’s are a small handful of outwardly conservative sociologists. I can think of more than two, but it certainly is very small. Then there is a larger number of quietly conservative sociologists. I’m including another category of sociologists who promote conservative arguments on topics that put them clearly at odds with soc groupthink, even if they are not conservative all around. They are still a minority, but you can find a good number in every subfield, including RCG.
