I'm not a huge fan of CF. She overstates a lot. But the direction of her comments are generally accurate, and that's true here too.

Not only do you have to treat them with kid gloves during the hiring process, you have to tolerate their tantrums, unprofessionalism and entitlement for ever after they join.
