Even if I didn't I could take a look at the data and find that the history of basketball does not support the idea that Yugoslavians are the best baskeball players.

See 90s Bulls: Toni Kukoc from Yugoslavia was a great player, but easily not one of the top three players on that specific team, despite widely being considered one of the greatest players from Europe in NBA history.
If anything, the NBA strongly proves the thesis that phenotypical racial differences are meaningful. They aren't all-encompassing, as some white players are good enough to play in the NBA, but clearly at that particular endeavor African Americans are racially superior to white Europeans.
Western hemisphere black people including Caribbeans dominate many world athletic events, including short distance running, above what one would expect even compared to west Africans, which likely has something to do with selective pressures related to slavery.

Bl@ack international students I met in graduate schools were generally much better, especially more hardworking than our homegrown ones.
They don’t seem to feel entitled to anything, and are free of the victim mentality.That’s been my experience as well. Africans born here lose ambition.
