ASC needs to acknowledge that since they choose to host their conference at one of the d/um/b/est times of the year (late Nov, the week before Thanksgiving), it would be sensible to host the conference in cities with milder climates. Chicago and Montreal in late November, or even Philly, is just another disincentive to going.
