When is the deadline for sections to report if it's going to be printed in the program?

RE: I wonder why some sections still haven't announced publicly, if they already alerted the recipients.
Some of the sections I'm in have periodic newsletters that come out quarterly in addition to various announcements, etc. They may be waiting to announce it in the newsletter. Of the sections I'm in that does this, their next newsletter should be out next month.

Are the section awards listed in the final program? I don't remember that from last year, but I think it would be a nice addition, like next to each listing of award-winning papers in the program. I personally would be more likely to go to an unknown panel if it included a section award winner.
