Jalen Hurt? More like Jalen Hurt the working class, m I rite folks?!?!?!?!
Are the Philadelphia Eagles neoliberal?
-
Philadelphia was created by Ben Franklin, who invented lightning, which kills workers.
Eagles also kill workers. Just like MSNBC.
And, they're not working this weekend, unlike the real NFL workers
THE EAGLES ARE NEO-LIBERAL.
Jalen Hurt? More like Jalen Hurt the working class, m I rite folks?!?!?!?!

Aw, our resident forum lunatic still hasn't learned what "neoliberal" means and even 7 years later is still full of rage against the Bernie trolls whomocked his illiteracy on twitter.
If the word "neoliberal" is too big for you to understand, and your life mission is to defend corporate Democrats, become a sociologist! In sociology, we never use big words that cable news Democrats can't understand.

Thats why Stephen Michael Clark for asa president 2023.I'm voting for Da Buggtard, because she never uses big words like "neoliberal" that never have been spoken on cable news, and because I get really confused at the idea that there are political groups with views different that Democrats and Republicans.

Looks like our resident forum lunatic is back to his Adolph Reed obsession again.
PT is BIG MAD that Reed pwned the neoliberal Democrats with this article. Read it to make our resident forum lunatic have a rage fit:

PT is BIG MAD that Reed pwned the neoliberal Democrats with this article. Read it to make our resident forum lunatic have a rage fit:
https://t.co/1OPUqFzD5wThis article singlehandedly destroyed SJMR by inciting so much DNC Bro rage that our resident forum lunatic can't stop using the word "neoliberal" in ways that insinuate it has no meaning. This thread is one of thousands that our resident forum lunatic makes when he isn't stalking Stephen.
Our resident forum lunatic has only two things on his mind, 24/7: How to discredit usage of the word "neoliberal" as a meaningful criticism of corporate Democrats, and how to slander anyone who uses it. He's dedicated his life to this. -

https://libcom.org/article/postmodern-left-and-success-neoliberalismBut GAAAAHHHHHHHHH, our resident forum lunatic gets so angry that any voices to the left of the Democrats exist!! We need to listen to Biden and Victor Ray and not those filthy extremists!!
Neoliberal is a word that MEANS NOTHING. All loyal Democrats must spam this site hundreds of times a day treating the word as nebulous, meaningless. Tell jokes that football teams are "neoliberal" in order to show you don't understand how humor or satire work. Don't respond to anything substantive, just pretend that Adolph Reed and all anti-capitalists are morons who are using a word with no meaning!!

LOL, I wrote a single sentence. Our resident lunatic wrote FIVE rants. But Im the one whos big mad. Keep projecting.
You've made literally hundreds of threads like this just in recent months. You've spammed the entire forum making it unusable out of rage against a black Marxist who doesn't kneel to corporate Democrats.

The irony here is that OP our resident forum lunatic is a white male Democrat, yet he spends all his time posting subliterate attempts at satire/parody of Adolph Reed, a black Marxist. Per his own ideology, isn't OP behaving in an oppressive and racist way?
Adolph Reed didn't vote for Biden. Therefore, he isn't black. Do you even soc?

I agreed with him that the DNC and some others weaponized anti-racism against a legitimate left. It was too assertive, and thus not as well argued, even though I agree with *that* conclusion.
The article was poorly sourced and thus appears to straw man his opposition. For example, he epitomizes his antithesis in Ta-Nehisi Coates (lol) but ignores how quant CRT with <50% variance explained challenges his operationalization. I’m not a critical race theory of myself, but this strikes me as one of the strongest challenges to his argument— it’s the epitome of the thing he hates doing what he says it shouldn’t be doing
. If he’s just going to bypass it, his argument doesn’t seem all that strong. This is all fine for a theoretical piece focused on rhetoric. Some strengths, some weaknesses. That’s how they go.More importantly, you got the application all wrong. Reed isn’t like you at all. It’s not a carte blanch “caring about racism is neoliberal” argument. Not even close. For one, if you’ve read anything of Reed’s except this semi-viral article. (and it’s not even clear that you’ve read that much), Reed believes that racism is real, structural, and persistent. Nowhere does he deny these things in the article, and he directly affirms them in other written works.
What he argues in the one article that you’ve read, or just heard something about, is that reducing everything to racism obfuscates everything else, including class oppression, thus impeding the class struggle. I think he’s right about that, though how much that matters is challenged by the aforementioned point he bypassed.
Notably, in that very article, he also lauds symbolic gestures like the removal of Confederate monuments, even if neoliberal actors were involved (which isn’t at all surprising to people who were familiar with his work before this). That is because Reed is not disqualifying things like this, stenciling “end racism
