21st century America has an extremely evil culture.
4th grade teacher says 60% of her students identify as queer

Austin Independent School District teaches lessons in which young students are graphically instructed about a/n/a/l s/e/x; this website published an image used in the lessons:

I am super g/ay and find this disturbing. And part of why it's disturbing is that it invisibilizes ACTUAL g/ay people, who have ACTUAL issues. 90% of these kids identifying as queer will never know what it's like to not be able to be straight, they will never know what it's really like to be G/AY. Yet just by sheer numbers they are consuming all the oxygen in the room and crowding out those of us who have actual problems. Plus they're filling up g/ay spaces with their unstylish mediocr/ity and I can't stand them. PLUS they ru/ined drag queens forever, making drag a kind of PC Disneyfied B/S, which really pi/**/es me off because I used to love drag, which used to be the opposite of that.

"Actual gay people" are products of childhood trauma, like that being systematically forced on children in the United States today.
The mainstream gay rights movement was led by avowed, practicing p/e/d/o/s for decades. The gay rights movement still uses the rainbow flag, commissioned by child rapist Harvey Milk, as its symbol. -
It's like if 60% of the country suddenly started identifying as POC bc of changing ideas about race, even if 10 years ago they would have been called whte, and if the prevailing no/rm were to use the term POC but not blck. By using POC in a way that includes 60% of ppl, all the issues specific to blck people would have been invisibilized by these Jayden-Come-Latelys.

^^btw, way to go with unwittingly (and ironically) essentializing seual orientation and associated personality traits.
sor/ry olivia, but the fact that you kissed a girl once does not make your experience even slightly comparable to carson kressley's or laverne c*x's.
some of us are G/AY AS H/ELL.

See data in this thread:
https://www.socjobrumors.com/topic/comparative-data-of-childhood-and-adolescence-molestationParaphilia in general are likely expressions of trauma. Adults attempting to impose their own paraphilia against children is obviously extreme abuse.

I don't have any problem with acknowledging real experiences, as opposed to manufactured ones.
But be careful with the essentializing game, where you constructed rigid group boundaries (quite ironically, as related to this topic). It's epistemologically problematic and it often ends badly.
