Corgis aren't on the list? I've got a cardigan welsh corgi and he's the happiest guy there is (although I am pretty sure he is a corgi supremacist because he doesn't get along dogs who aren't fellow corgis).

Is there some good sociology research on dogs (and how we interact with them, treat them, cultural variation, etc.)? Thanks!
^ the baby w/ the rawhide & dog w/ paci was adorable!
Very accurate. Labs are the best.
only dog I'll get for my baby is a golden retriever
English Bulldogs are great with kids.
I like wolves because they eat people!
I have to argue with number eight. Every Brussels Griffon of known has had a pretty nasty personality.
Which of the guard/protection dogs are happiest?
^ I'd go with an American Staffordshire Terrier, which are actually sixth on the OP's list. Fun loving and good natured, but also excellent guardians!
^ Yep, Staff Terriers are great.
DID THE ALIEN DIED?!?!?!
^ it's not real. I have seen dogs attack people and this was not the involuntary reaction a humanoid creatures movements make. Kind of, but not close enough to the real thing.

Second. Golden Retriever's are the best "happy" dogs for families.
Black lab is the happiest dog breed. #SoRaycess!
Anyone have any experience with Swedish Vallhund? My father is thinking of getting one for my daughter this Xmas.
